My Moms Easy Meatloaf

INGREDIENTS

2 LBS GROUND BEEF (THAWED)
1 PACKET DRY BEEF ONION LIPTON SOUP MIX
1/3 C SOUR CREAM
1/3 C KETCHUP
1/2 C ONION GRATED 
1 EGG
8-10 SALTINES CRUSHED
​1/2 C PARMESAN CHEESE
2 SLICES OF BREAD, TEAR INTO LITTLE PIECES
1/2 TSP SALT
1/2 TSP PEPPER 

TOPPING
1 C CHILI SAUCE
1/2 KETCHUP
1 TBLS BROWN SUGAR
1 TSP DRY MUSTARD (OPTIONAL) 

DIRECTIONS
PREHEAT OVEN TO 375. GREASE A 9X8 INCH PAN FOR A THINNER LOAF OR 2 BREAD PANS FOR A THICKER LOAF. USING YOUR HANDS OR LARGE WOODEN SPOON, MIX ALL THE INGREDIENTS TOGETHER IN A LARGE BOWL. BAKE FOR 45-50 MINUTES, UNCOVERED WITHOUT SAUCE. SPREAD SAUCE OVER THE TOP WHILE WARM. SLICE AND ENJOY WITH FRESH VEGETABLES!
